This privacy policy applies to the **QM Ped Surg** app (herein referred to as "the App") for mobile devices, created by **Dr. Qusay Mashlah** (herein referred to as "the Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The App collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
* Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address).
* The pages of the App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
* The operating system you use on your mobile device.
* Authentication information (if you use Google Sign-In) such as your name and email address.
This information is used solely to provide and improve the App's services and to verify subscription status.

### 2. Data Retention and Deletion
**What data is stored:**
* Authentication data (name, email address) provided via Google Sign-In is used only to identify your account and verify subscription status. This data is stored securely on your device and referenced against a private subscriber list managed by the Service Provider.
* Locally cached medical reference data (such as drug dosage tables) is stored on your device to allow offline use of the App. This data does not contain any personal information.
* Subscription status is cached locally on your device to allow offline access.
**How long we keep your data:**
* Data stored on your device (cache, subscription status) is retained as long as the App is installed on your device.
* Authentication information linked to your account is retained for as long as your account remains active.
**How you can delete your data:**
* You can remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the App from your device.
* To request deletion of your account and any associated personal data (such as your email and subscription record) from the Service Provider's systems, please contact us at the email address provided in the "Contact Us" section below. We will process your request within 30 days.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

* **AdMob** (Google Mobile Ads)

### 2. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
**ما هي البيانات التي يتم تخزينها:**
* بيانات المصادقة (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني) المقدمة عبر تسجيل الدخول بجوجل تُستخدم فقط للتعرف على حسابك والتحقق من حالة الاشتراك. يتم تخزين هذه البيانات بشكل آمن على جهازك ومطابقتها مع قائمة مشتركين خاصة يديرها مزود الخدمة.
* البيانات الطبية المرجعية المخزنة مؤقتاً (مثل جداول جرعات الأدوية) تُحفظ على جهازك لتمكين الاستخدام دون اتصال بالإنترنت. لا تحتوي هذه البيانات على أي معلومات شخصية.
* حالة الاشتراك تُخزن مؤقتاً محلياً على جهازك للسماح بالوصول دون اتصال.
**مدة الاحتفاظ ببياناتك:**
* البيانات المخزنة على جهازك (ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت، حالة الاشتراك) تُحتفظ بها طالما أن التطبيق مثبتاً على جهازك.
* معلومات المصادقة المرتبطة بحسابك تُحتفظ بها طالما أن حسابك نشطاً.
**كيف يمكنك حذف بياناتك:**
* يمكنك إزالة جميع البيانات المخزنة محلياً عن طريق إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من جهازك.
* لطلب حذف حسابك وأي بيانات شخصية مرتبطة به (مثل بريدك الإلكتروني وسجل الاشتراك) من أنظمة مزود الخدمة، يرجى التواصل معنا على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المذكور في قسم "اتصل بنا" أدناه. سنقوم بمعالجة طلبك خلال 30 يوماً.

### 3. وصول طرف ثالث
يستخدم التطبيق خدمات طرف ثالث قد تقوم بجمع معلومات تستخدم لتحديد هويتك. تشمل هذه الخدمات:
